Season 3
NCIS Season three begins with the Naval Criminal Investigate Service Team, with Leroy Jethro Gibbs as their leader, lamenting over the death of team member Caitlin “Kate” Todd when killed by the merciless terrorist, Ari. After her death, Kate shows up in her ghostly form a couple of times.
Gibbs decides to get rid of Ari in the episode, “Kill Ari.” In this episode, Ziva David, who used to be a Mossad officer seeks revenge to Ari and joins the NCI team. In the episode “Silver War,” Jenny Shepard is the new NCI director when director Tom Morrow decides to be part of the Homeland Security department.
